גרסת הבטא של קונסולת החיפוש החדשה של גוגל זמינה כעת לכולם, גם לאלו שטרם קיבלו הודעה בנושא מגוגל.

למרות שדיווחנו בעבר כי ההשקה צפויה לקרות השנה, לא תיארנו לעצמנו שזה יקרה כל כך מהר ובקלות.

על מנת להשתמש בגרסה, כל שעליכם לעשות הוא לגשת לכאן וללחוץ בפינה הימנית למעלה (היכן שהחץ מצביע) על אפשרויות חיפוש (search properties) שם תוכלו לראות את האתרים שברשותכם בגרסת הקונסולה החדשה:

יחד עם זאת יש לציין כי גוגל אינה תמיד מקשרת בין הגרסה הישנה לחדשה על מנת להגביל את הטראפיק ולא להעמיס בבת אחת על הגרסה החדשה.

בנוסף לעובדה שכבר פורסמה טרם היציאה כי גרסת הבטא החדשה מעניקה גישה למידע של שנים אחורה, כעת נוסף לה הגילוי כי דוח הביצועים (Search Performance report), הדומה לדוח האנליטיקס, יכלול מידע של עד 16 חודשים!

לא כל הפיצ'רים הישנים הושארו בקונסולה החדשה, אולם בעתיד הקרוב ניתן יהיה להשתמש בו זמנית בשתי הקונסולות וכך להשוות ביניהן ולהתרגל לחדשה.

The new one is severely lacking in data and functionality. How much of the old functionally are you moving over? And why, in the little data you have there, did you remove such basic things as segmenting and downloading?

I am just going to throw this out there – I have not done a screen by screen comparison, but my guess is that new Google Search Console looks a lot (or a lot more) like Firebase Console. Has anyone looked into it yet?
